The hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk to the village center and the main station. The in-house restaurants, especially the Japanese Teppanyaki, serve fantastic food. The rooms are plush with comfortable beds, and some even have balconies with amazing views of the Matterhorn. The staff is friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The only downside was the delayed service at the bar, where I had to wait longer than expected to order a glass of wine.

Great facilities and service. Helpful reception, good spa, live band on Saturdays. Fantastic Asian restaurants. Convenient bus stop and shuttle to train station. Value for money with a direct view of the Matterhorn.

The staff is helpful and cheerful, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. English channels are available on the TV. Plus, there's a fluffy and adorable hotel cat!

We found a great hotel near the shopping area in Zermatt. It is conveniently located close to the church at one end of the main street. The hotel also has a private restaurant that offers amazing Japanese cuisine. Although a bit far from the train station, it's worth the walk. The room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and the buffet breakfast was delicious. the hotel had a hot tub in the "Wellness" area, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
The pillows in the room were uncomfortable.

We had a truly delightful stay at this place! Everything was just perfect. the location was fantastic. We were able to easily access the Wellness area, and the hotel was conveniently close to the church that marks one end of the main street. Additionally, the ski lift was just a short distance away.
This hotel is an absolute must for anyone visiting this area.

The breakfast was fantastic with made-to-order omelettes and surprise presents in the room. The location was perfect, close to the center but not in a busy area. The rooms had excellent curtains for a good sleep and convenient bathroom amenities. The staff were nice and helpful.

The view from our suite was fine, with lovely vistas of the nearby mountain range. The hotel also had a beautiful spa area, complete with a pool, sauna, and steam bath. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of activities. the hotel was conveniently located near the train station and offered transfers, making it easy to get to and from the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, as it was close to the center and just a short walk from the main station. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful staff who were always available to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the in-room dining service, as well as the delicious continental breakfast served in the dining restaurant.
I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
